1. Please provide sufficient information as possible. 
2.  Understand that we are unable to provide pricing for vague inquiries (i.e. sends photo: how much is this cake?) 
3. Orders for custom cakes must be placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Celebration cakes must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
4. Custom cakes are exactly that: custom.  Handcrafted just for you with a reasonable amount of time. Not comparable to grocery cakes.
5. We respond to inquiries in the order that it has been received.
6. We limit our production to maintain quality.
7. Should you be interested in sampling our products, you may purchase from our retail case a sample box of our classic flavors.
